This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which users may request a refund or cancel services provided by Stargram Entertainments Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Platform https://4indegree.com (“Platform”).
By availing our services and making any payment to the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy, which is incorporated into and governed by our general Terms and Conditions.
To initiate application-related services, the user is required to make an advance payment, which constitutes confirmation of their intent to engage our consultancy services.
Upon receipt of this payment, the Company proceeds to allocate resources and initiate processes including but not limited to documentation handling, university shortlisting, eligibility assessments, and strategic counseling.
This advance triggers the formal commencement of a personalized service workflow for the user. Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
A user may request a refund of the advance payment if they choose to voluntarily withdraw from the process before any substantial service has been rendered. Valid grounds may include, but are not limited to, personal decisions, family circumstances, or disqualification from eligibility criteria such as NEET non-qualification.

Upon verification that no such services have been rendered, the Company will process a full refund of the advance payment to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests where service initiation has already occurred, even if the user later decides not to proceed with the application.
If the user chooses to discontinue the process after certain services have already been initiated, the Company will assess the extent of services rendered to determine the eligible refund amount.

In cases where the Company has rendered services or incurred expenses exceeding the amount paid, and the user cancels or withdraws, the Company reserves the right to decline any refund and may recover the excess costs incurred.
The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after internal verification. A summary of deductions or incurred costs can be provided upon written request.
The Company will evaluate refund requests in good faith based on the extent of services rendered and documented costs incurred. In case of disagreement, the user may pursue resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism, such as mediation or arbitration, or approach the appropriate consumer forum under applicable law.
In cases where a student's application for university admission or visa is rejected by third-party institutions or authorities — such as universities, embassies, or government agencies — and the Company has already rendered its agreed consultancy services in good faith, refunds are generally not applicable.
